At most restaurants, the salads are literally smothered in salad dressing. Ask for it on the side and only use half of what they give you - that's probably more than enough. Mayonnaise is another culprit that is slathered all over your sandwich. Either substitute it with mustard, or put it on yourself so you can use just a little bit. |
